About The Position Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1956.76 - $2144.11
PT- Outpatient needed asap for 13 weeks
8 hours a day/ 5 days a week
The physical therapist implements patient rehabilitation programs to help improve patient mobility, function, and strength.
Hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend to work
Maintain and update PT skills and certifications as necessary
Evaluate and treat patients for physical therapy and rehabilitation programs
Utilize Electronic Medical Record to complete evaluations, reports and discharge summaries for patient files
Guide & monitor patient care in all aspects of treatment and follow-up
Supervise PT Assistants and Aides regarding all aspects of patient care
No travel is expected for this position.
Degree in Physical Therapy.
Continuing Education courses
Must hold active license or plan to test in the near future to hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend to work.
