Responsibilities
Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
Monitor patient progress and report findings to the physical therapist.
Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Contribute to achieving team targets and individual performance goals.
Engage in continuous learning to enhance therapy skills.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide feedback on therapy outcomes to improve treatment plans.
Support a high-visibility work environment with measurable results.
Educate patients and families on exercises and therapy techniques.
Adapt to changing patient needs and therapy techniques.
Ensure therapy equipment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Experience/Qualifications
Assist in developing and implementing patient-specific therapy plans.
Track and report patient progress to the supervising physical therapist.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Contribute to achieving team and individual performance targets.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure holistic patient care.
Adapt therapy techniques to meet changing patient needs.
Provide feedback on therapy outcomes to improve treatment strategies.
Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and techniques.
Ensure therapy equipment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
