• What You'll Do:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their sales and marketing talent needs
  • Post and maintain all social media platforms
  • Source, screen, and recruit top-tier sales and marketing professionals through various channels
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent in the sales and marketing fields
  • Champion a positive and engaging candidate experience
