Job Opportunity:
We are currently seeking candidates for a position within our esteemed financial services company. This role is available on both a part-time and full-time basis, focusing on delivering exceptional customer care. While the position is in the financial industry, it revolves around engaging with and assisting individuals. We prioritize candidates with excellent customer service skills and a genuine willingness to help others. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely via Zoom, and all candidates will be required to pass a licensing exam for Life & Health.

This is a performance-based role, flexible schedules, and work from home. You provide your own equipment and this is 1099 self-employment with uncapped commissions. No benefits are included with 1099 roles, but you may purchase your benefits through the marketplace if needed. We do have certain insurances, 401K rollovers,  and Annuity benefits available to agents.

It is crucial to note that this is not a call center or sales-oriented role, as clients are provided but only after your training and licensing is completed, eliminating the need for outbound prospecting. If you do not get your license, you may send referrals as well and our dedicated trainers will help you make money from those referrals you send. 
 
Successful candidates will be self-motivated individuals with the ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people. They should exhibit strong team-building skills and thrive in overcoming challenges, demonstrating an ongoing commitment to personal and professional growth.

Having a market of clients they can refer to practice is essential as we do not provide clients; however, we do teach you ways to gain clients and leads.

Prior experience in the financial industry is not mandatory, as we primarily value candidates' social and interpersonal skills. We provide a comprehensive training program to fully equip new associates for the responsibilities of the position.

The beauty of our industry is its remote work capabilities, allowing flexibility in work location and hours. The position involves guiding and assisting customers with their financial planning needs. This includes areas such as retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more. Daily activities may involve assisting individuals with retirement planning, college planning, long-term care, life insurance, and more. A substantial percentage of the U.S. population lacks guidance in these areas, presenting an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
