Job Title: Construction Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Construction Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in our warehouse. This role plays a vital part in maintaining inventory, preparing materials for job sites, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting construction logistics. Candidates should be physically capable, organized, and familiar with construction materials and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming construction materials and equipment
Pull and stage materials for crews based on daily work orders
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and verifying delivery documentation
Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Coordinate material returns and manage damaged goods as needed
Report low stock levels and assist with reordering materials
Assist jobsite personnel with urgent material needs and deliveries
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of warehouse or construction experience preferred
Familiarity with construction materials and tools
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stand for long periods
Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer and inventory software skills a plus
Work Environment:
Indoor and outdoor work; exposure to various weather conditions
Must wear appropriate PPE (, gloves, boots, etc.)
