Contract Warehouse Supervisor

Salary : $30-$37 an hour

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision

Role Type: Contract, 3-4 months

Responsible for providing leadership within the warehouse operation. This includes staffing, training, and scheduling of all warehouse associates and operators. Ensures a safe and compliant work environment for all employees in accordance with all safety regulations and guidelines. Accountable for daily decision-making related to team performance, efficiency, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead warehouse supervisors and staff to maximize team productivity and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and enhance individual performance through clearly defined expectations, training, and coaching to achieve desired results.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality, reduce costs, and strengthen employee engagement.
• Maintain an efficient, accurate, and orderly warehouse that sustains all cGMP and ISO standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and deliver on branch or site performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational productivity and cost control, with a focus on maximizing profitability.
• Serve as a role model for company values and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, including directing teams, resolving conflicts, and providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Ability to complete and pass company forklift certification in accordance with safety guidelines.
• High energy and positive attitude; contributes to a strong team culture.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven.
• Strong computer proficiency.

Working Environment And Physical Requirements

• Must be able to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 lbs, and occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45 lbs in a warehouse environment.
