Under close or minimum supervision, you will weld sub-assembly and/or finished products in accordance with written and verbal instructions, including GMAW Process (MIG) Welding, and Air Arc Gouging of A36 to 4140 heat treated steel in flat, horizontal, and vertical planes. You will perform on-line testing and/or inspection activities with minimum supervision and clean and prepare units for the next operation. Compliance with all safety and hazardous material procedures is essential, and wearing protective equipment is required to meet or exceed OSHA and company standards.

Work Environment
Work in a manufacturing shop equipped with welding, machining, assembly, packing, and shipping facilities. The environment is non-climate controlled and requires PPE such as steel toe boots, safety glasses, and jeans. The shift is from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with flexibility required as the facility operates from 5 am to 4:30 pm almost every day, providing opportunities for additional work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
