Each representative will be responsible for establishing, promoting, and maintaining high sales levels. Responsibilities of Our Pharmaceutical Sales Representative: Promote and sell products within a defined geography to current and potential customers. Develop, analyze, prioritize, and execute territory plans to achieve business results ethically. Utilize knowledge of pharmacology, healthcare, pharmaceutical markets, managed care, and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs. Manage sales territory and foster customer development. Establish and maintain excellent communication and relationships with physicians and healthcare providers. Participate actively in scheduled sales meetings, district and regional conference calls, and other business meetings. Demonstrate honesty and integrity, modeling behaviors consistent with company standards and policies regarding business and compliance. Perform other related duties as required. Qualifications for the Pharmaceutical Sales Rep Role: Some sales experience or abilities in a quota-driven environment. Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. Proven high performance and strong aptitude for learning. High urgency and customer service orientation. Strong business acumen and ability to identify market opportunities. Familiarity with the business and market in the assigned territory is preferred. Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture. High integrity and ethical standards.
