COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• $325,000 Salary Guarantee
• $50,000 Sign on Bonus/Relocation Combined
• $ Comprehensive Benefits: 8 weeks PTO, CME/$3,500, health, dental, vision, retirement, license, housing 3 month allowance
• Paid Malpractice including tail coverage
• Student loan and tuition reimbursement available

• General B&B Practice: Lines, blocks, epidurals, GS, ortho, GI, Uro, OB, Cath-lab,
• Call 1:8 weekday and 1:10 weekend with Post Call Day Off
• Work with independent CRNA's; 4 MDA/6 CRNA Model
