We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to manage route driving effectively. Experience with box trucks, delivery vans, or similar vehicles is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate box trucks for route driving, ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods.
• Load and unload cargo, performing heavy lifting as necessary while following proper safety protocols.
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently, making timely deliveries to various locations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any necessary paperwork and logs.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving box trucks is preferred. A CDL is NOT required for this position.
• Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
• Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate delivery records.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members effectively.
• Available for work beginning at 5:30 am, from Monday to Friday.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
