The role involves managing resource data and forecasts, collaborating with resource managers, and analyzing discrepancies in resource data to support decision-making and planning activities. Responsibilities:

• Manage the addition, update, and removal of resource data and forecasts in Broadcom Clarity PPM for a population of 500+ resources
• Collaborate with resource managers to ensure accurate forecasting, timely timesheet submission, and resolution of resource-related issues
• Analyze forecasted versus actual resource data to identify discrepancies and implement necessary adjustments
• Generate and deliver ad-hoc resource reports and insights to support decision-making and planning activities

Qualifications: Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of Clarity PPM
• 2+ years of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint experience
• Basic knowledge of project coordination
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Well-developed organizational and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
