Davenport Insurance Agency is on the hunt for elite insurance producers who live for the close. Based in Nassau Bay, Texas, we are expanding our search to find the best of the best licensed professionals who dominate on the phone, crush objections, and never leave meat on the bone.

This is a remote role with unlimited earning potential for proven producers who can deliver results.

Mon-Fri Schedule

• Own the Sales Process: Take inbound and outbound calls, qualify prospects, and close deals with confidence and urgency.
• Work the Leads: Manage and follow up on data leads inside our CRMno lead left behind.
• CRM Discipline: Log all activities, update opportunities, complete tasks, and maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM.
• Build & Maintain Relationships: Quickly establish trust, understand client needs, and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Cross-Sell Like a Pro: Maximize every conversation by uncovering opportunities across P&C, life, and health.
• Stay Sharp: Keep up with industry updates, product knowledge, and sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Drive Growth: Consistently hit and exceed production goalsbecause good isnt good enough here.

• Licensing: Active Texas Property & Casualty, Life & Health license (non-negotiable).
• Proven Sales Success: Documented track record of closing in an inside sales-driven environment (insurance sales preferred).
• Phone Mastery: Comfortable, confident, and persuasive on the phone with strong call control.
• Closers Mentality: Objection handling, persistence, and resilience are second nature to you.
• Self-Motivation: Able to thrive in a remote environment with accountability and drive.
