We’re hiring a full-time Outside Sales team member experienced in event sales & customer service. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with high-profile clientele & internal Design team to seamlessly execute special events in a culture of excellence!
Responsibilities
- Manage sales process: identify and solicit new clients, follow up with dormant clients, and captue more sales with our existing client base.
- Provide excellent customer service to current & prospective client base. You will be working with a variety of clients including hotels, movie sets, weddings, restaurants, corporate & residential clients, etc. Additionally, the Sales & Event Manager will assist with sales & coordination of Boutique classes & events.
- Effectively communicate with current and prospective clients, employees, vendors, and strategic partners while representing the brand of Le Jardin Français.
- Adapt to priorities that come up due to the nature of the business and stay on top of the regular scope of work, duties, and deadlines.

Skills required for this position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service & problem-solving skills
- Accounting and business management skills are a plus
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Expertise with QuickBooks is a highly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, and/or Squarespace is a plus
Experience Requirements
Relevant college degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of related experience
Experience in the floral, event, garden, and/or luxury design industry is strongly desired
Detail-oriented & organized, collaborative team player, self-motivated, flexible & adaptable, passionate about our company products & services, professional, honest, punctual, well-mannered, ethical, and hard-worker
