• Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants with one year of addiction medicine and primary care experience
• Mix of addiction medicine and primary care
• Serving a patient base of homeless and underserved populations
• Typical schedule is either 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm
