Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Production / Machine Operator Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and performing general labor tasks to support daily production operations. You will ensure machines run efficiently, materials are handled properly, and finished products meet quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to safety and quality guidelines.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products from machines or production lines.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, stacking, packaging, or assembly as needed.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
- Assist with equipment changeovers, maintenance, or cleaning as directed by supervisors.

Working hours: 5:30 AM - 2:45 AM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting
Previous experience working as a machine operator and/or assembler

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Basic math and measuring skills
Must be able to stand up to 10-12 hours
Must be a team player in a fast paced manufacturing environment
