Job Title: Sales Training Specialist
What does a successful New Hire Training Specialist do at Fiserv? You will provide insightful and effective learning experiences for Fiserv's sales organizations. You will manage the components of the learning programs including facilitation, logistics, content, curriculum, and evaluation. You will work with your leaders and peers to ensure programs you manage are aligned to the Merchant Solutions' business objectives.

This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
