Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Marketing Specialist in the body and collision repair sector to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving sales strategies, enhancing customer relationships, and promoting our services within the automotive repair industry. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and marketing acumen, enabling them to effectively communicate with clients and support our business growth.

Duties

• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote body and collision repair services.
• Selling PPF Installs (Paint protection film installs)
• Upkeep Social Media Presence
• Cultivate strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to provide accurate information regarding services offered, including auto body repair, vehicle maintenance, and restoration.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prepare detailed auto estimates for repair services, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and follow up on leads promptly.
• Participate in promotional events and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a dealership environment or related automotive field.
• Proficient in MIG welding, fabrication, soldering, and sheet metal work.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance, auto body repair techniques, detailing, assembly, and auto restoration processes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in auto estimating is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
• Knowledge of auto painting techniques including airless paint spraying is a plus.
